What data we process
- Order data: name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and payment details. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Contact data: anything you leave yourself when asking a question or making a complaint.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and click behaviour, collected through cookies.
Why we process this data
- To fulfil your order and handle payment and shipping.
- To answer questions and handle complaints.
- To meet legal obligations, including the statutory retention period for tax purposes.
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising, solely on the basis of your consent.
Cookies and advertising pixels
For the cart and the checkout we use functional cookies. These are necessary to make the website work and no consent is required for them.
In addition we may place analytical cookies and advertising pixels, including the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel, to measure which adverts work. We only do this after you have given consent through the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time through that notice, through your browser settings, or by emailing us at info@snooflee.shop.
Who we share data with
We only share data with parties needed to run our service: our webshop software Shopify, our payment provider, our carriers, our email software and the advertising platforms we advertise on. Where data is processed outside the European Union, we base that transfer on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Order and invoice data is kept for seven years to meet the statutory tax retention period. Other data is kept no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and the right to object to processing or to withdraw your consent. Email info@snooflee.shop to do so. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use. Our website uses a secure SSL connection.
