At Snooflee every order is packed with care and sent with tracking. Here is exactly what you can expect.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: free shipping on every order.
- Belgium: € 4.95. Free from € 35.
- Other European Union countries: € 7.95. Free from € 35.
We currently ship within the European Union only. You always see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders are processed on working days. Ordered before 16:00 on a working day means your parcel leaves the same day. The expected delivery time after dispatch is:
- Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days
- Belgium: 2 to 3 working days
- Other EU countries: 3 to 5 working days
This is an expectation and not a guarantee: delivery can take longer around public holidays.
How we ship
Your order goes as a letterbox parcel with PostNL, so you do not have to be home. If it does not fit through the letterbox, the driver delivers it to your door or to a PostNL point nearby.
Track and trace
As soon as your parcel has shipped you receive a track and trace code by email so you can follow your order.
