Returns and right of withdrawal

You have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Within that period you can cancel the purchase without giving a reason.

How it works

The 14-day period starts the day after you receive the parcel, not the day you order.
Within those 14 days, let us know you are cancelling. An email to info@snooflee.shop is enough. You can also use the model form at the bottom of this page. You do not have to give a reason.
From the moment you notify us you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.
We refund you within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until we have the product back, or until you have shown that you sent it.

What you get back

The purchase amount plus the delivery cost you paid with your order, calculated on the cheapest standard shipping method. Shipping within the Netherlands is free with us, so there is nothing to refund there. If you paid for shipping to Belgium or another EU country, you get that back.

We refund using the same payment method you paid with, unless you agree something else with us.

Who pays for the return

The cost of the return shipment is yours. Within the Netherlands expect roughly 4 to 7 euro, depending on the carrier you choose. Keep your proof of postage, so you can show you sent it in time.

What condition it may come back in

You may unpack the product, look at it and assess it the way you would in a shop. If you go further than that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. A duck your dog has played with for a week is no longer new and we cannot sell it again.

In practice: take it out of the packaging, look at it, give it one squeeze. Do not let your dog play with it for days if you are still unsure.

Arrived damaged or broken

This is separate from your cooling-off period. If the product is damaged, broken or the wrong item, send a photo to info@snooflee.shop. You get a free replacement or your money back, your choice. No 14-day limit applies there, because that falls under your right to a sound product.
